What payment options do you accept?
-We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Sezzle.
What is Sezzle and how do I use it?
Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later - with no interest!
When you place an order through Sezzle, our unique approvals system reviews your account to determine what sort of repayment plan we can offer. In most cases, it's 25% of the order total due up-front (also called your "downpayment" or "first installment"), with the remaining amount divided up across three more installments, each due two weeks apart. No interest, no up-front or hidden fees. In fact, as long as you pay off your installments on time, there are no fees at all!
When your order is placed, Sezzle pays the merchant in-full for the order immediately - so the merchant has their funds and is able to process your order just like if you had paid them in full with a credit card! This isn't layaway, so the merchant fulfills your order within their normal shipping and processing times.
Choose Sezzle at checkout where you would normally insert your card information. After completing your order, Sezzle will redirect you to their website to finish checking out. From there you will create an account and process all payments through Sezzle.
I made a mistake on my order. How can I change it?
- Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after you checkout! Please review your cart before checking out every time.
When do I get an Order Confirmation?
- An email or SMS notification will be sent with your order confirmation when your order is placed. You will also receive a shipping status update or a notification that your item is ready for pick up.
- If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam or junk folders before contacting us
What is your return policy?
- Exchanges or store credit only. No refunds. Please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 334-792-8282 for any exchanges that need to be made if you are not from the Dothan area. Items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 7 days from the date of the receipt. Shipped items should be sent to Frou Frou Frocks Boutique, 2355-2 Hartford Highway, Dothan, AL, 36305. Please include the original invoice with your return. (As a courtesy for our local customers, you may return items directly to our storefront location.) For our local customers, items may be exchanged for an in store credit only. Items must not be worn and tags must still be attached. Original receipt/invoice must be present in order to receive store credit.
Are your items in store and online?
- Yes! All of the items you see on our website are in our store. We have many more accessories, basics, jewelry, and shoes in our store. Please note that our online inventory updates as items sell in the store. There is a small possibility an item can sell out in store before it was purchased online. If this were to occur we would give you the option of a different size/color or refund your money back. This is only for items that have been oversold.
Can I try on the clothes in store?
- Absolutely! All of the items you see on our website are in store as well. If you are from the Dothan area, you can always come in and try on before you buy! Ask an employee if you are looking for a specific item from our website.
What do I do if an item is out of stock?
- We know our items can sell out quickly! Don't stress we get items back in stock all the time! Check our "Back in Stock" page for our most recent restocks or sign up to receive notifications when an item is back in stock:

Do you have gift cards?
- Unfortunately, at this time gift cards can only be bought and used in our store. If you find something you like online and would like to use your gift card, please call us at 334-792-8282 to purchase it over the phone.
